Després de mesos d’una negociació difícil i complexa, la part sindical (representada per CCOO, UGT i USOC), i les patronals del sector hem arribat a un acord parcial en matèria salarial, en el marc de la comissió negociadora del “IV Conveni del Lleure Educatiu i Sociocultural de Catalunya”.
La revisió salarial acordada (amb taules salarials tancades) pels següents anys és la següent:
-Increment de l’1,5%, amb efectes d’1 de gener de 2022.
-Increment de l’1%, amb efectes d’1 de setembre de 2022.
-Increment del 2%, amb efectes d’1 de setembre de 2023.
-Increment del 2,5%, amb efectes d’1 de setembre de 2024.
En resum, hem garantit un increment salarial acumulat final d’un 7%.
CCOO valorem positivament l’acord, pel que suposa en termes salarials per a les persones treballadores del sector.
Per fi, es trenquen anys de congelació salarial, i s’assegura un futur d’increments salarials.
No obstant això, hem de dir que ens preocupa l’actitud dels altres sindicats presents a la comissió negociadora.
De fet, ha estat gràcies a CCOO que s’ha aconseguit tancar un acumulat del 7% garantit, doncs USOC i UGT (sent majoria a la comissió negociadora) van manifestar a les primeres de canvi, en una mostra d’irresponsabilitat, que estaven disposats a signar un acord, no sols perdent l’acumulat del 7,5% que CCOO havíem aconseguit en anteriors negociadores -cosa que malauradament vam perdre-, sinó que, a més, estaven disposats a signar un acord sense taules salarials de 2023 i 2024 tancades i amb la renúncia expressa a qualsevol altra millora, cosa que CCOO vam evitar en plantar-nos i dir a les patronals que NO acceptaríem de cap de les maneres un acord d’aquestes característiques.
En tot cas, CCOO continuarem treballant per a tot el personal treballador del sector.
